Who this helps

Built around a buying situation.

  • Website visitors
  • Prospective clients
  • People whose information may be included in an enquiry

Useful when

The trigger is already visible.

  • You want to understand what the website stores
  • You are preparing an enquiry
  • A project may require controlled personal-data processing

The position

Collect less. Agree more before transfer.

Submitting the enquiry form sends your name, email address, any optional company or phone details, selected service, enquiry type, non-confidential outline, any preferred call time, optional how-you-found-us answer and allowlisted service-page context through FormSubmit to peter@pegasus-solutions-ai.com. Pegasus uses the information to respond and discuss the appropriate next step. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. The website does not save enquiry content in a Pegasus website database or browser storage; copies are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to Pegasus email. Email providers and the hosting platform have their own technical and privacy arrangements. Project-specific processing, retention, access and transfer controls are agreed separately where an engagement requires them.

Scope

What the work includes.

Every engagement is scoped around authority, operating context, available evidence and the decision that must be made.

01

Information received

The form requires a name, email address, selected service, enquiry type and non-confidential outline. Company, phone, preferred call time and how you found Pegasus are optional. The selected service and known website page help us understand the enquiry; no browsing history is collected. Only provide information needed to explain your enquiry.

02

Purpose and handling

FormSubmit processes submissions for delivery to Peter at Pegasus and provides spam verification. Pegasus uses enquiries to respond, assess fit and discuss a possible engagement. FormSubmit's stated 30-day retention is separate from copies received in Pegasus email.

03

Rights and contact

For questions about the handling of your enquiry, or requests about access, correction, deletion or other applicable rights, contact peter@pegasus-solutions-ai.com or info@pegasus-solutions-ai.com. Do not send identity documents through the public enquiry form.

Professional boundaries

Precision includes saying what the work does not claim.

Questions answered

Before you scope the work.

Should sensitive information be included in the first enquiry?

No. Do not include passwords, exploit data, privileged documents, special-category personal data or confidential case evidence. Agree a suitable secure transfer route first.

Where does my enquiry go?

The form sends the fields to FormSubmit using an HTTPS POST. FormSubmit performs spam verification and forwards the enquiry to peter@pegasus-solutions-ai.com. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. The site does not save the enquiry in a Pegasus website database or browser storage, and it does not put your form details in URL parameters.

Can I enquire without using FormSubmit?

Yes. Use a direct email link or copy Peter's address into your email app. The Prepare email instead option creates selectable text on the page; it does not submit the enquiry. You must copy it into an email and send it yourself.
