Who this helps

Built around a buying situation.

  • AI governance leads
  • Information security owners
  • Risk, quality and compliance teams

Useful when

The trigger is already visible.

  • AI tools are being adopted without a consistent inventory
  • Data and permission boundaries are unclear
  • The organisation cannot reconstruct an AI-assisted decision

The position

Control must travel with the workflow.

A policy above the process is not enough. Pegasus connects each workflow to an owner, approved purpose, data class, access model, decision threshold, evidence requirement and review route so governance is present where work actually happens.

01

A defined scope and accountable decision owners

02

Controls matched to the real operating context

03

Evidence that can be reviewed, tested and improved

Scope

What the work includes.

Every engagement is scoped around authority, operating context, available evidence and the decision that must be made.

01

Risk and data classification

Classify purpose, data, consequence, threat and third-party dependency at workflow level.

02

Access and approval controls

Set identity, access, approval, separation, retention and secure failure controls around actual use.

03

Monitoring and assurance evidence

Define logs, performance signals, exception review, incident handling and periodic re-authorisation.

Method

A controlled route from exposure to evidence.

Decision points, responsibilities and verification stay visible from the start.

01

Discover

Define the exposure, context, evidence, owners and decision that matters.

02

Design

Select proportionate controls and make responsibilities and hold points visible.

03

Implement

Embed the agreed system into the real operating workflow.

04

Verify

Test whether controls work and whether the evidence supports the conclusion.

05

Improve

Close actions, learn from exceptions and strengthen the system over time.

Outputs

Evidence designed for use.

Scope and evidence map

Prioritised findings and action ownership

Verification record and next-step roadmap

Questions answered

Before you scope the work.

Is this the same as ISO/IEC 42001 implementation?

No. Workflow governance can stand alone. ISO/IEC 42001 provides an organisation-wide AI management-system framework; this service applies controls to specific operational use cases.

Can governance be added after an AI pilot?

Yes, but retrofitting can expose design assumptions and data flows that require rework. The earlier ownership and control requirements are defined, the less operational debt is created.

Start the conversation

Bring the exposure. Leave with a controlled route forward.

A first conversation is used to understand context, authority and the decision required—not to force a predetermined package.
