PEGASUS SOLUTIONS AI LTD RAMS / SSRAMS PROJECT BRIEF CHECKLIST Reviewed: 10 October 2026 Use this checklist to prepare an enquiry for RAMS writing or review. You can save or print it without submitting a form. This is a project brief, not a completed risk assessment or method statement. It does not authorise work. The actual task and site require competent planning, verification and the applicable review and briefing arrangements. 1. YOUR FIRST ENQUIRY Keep the first message non-confidential. Describe the requirement; do not send sensitive drawings, access codes, personal records or restricted site information before agreeing a suitable document-sharing route. [ ] Activity or work package: _________________________________________________________________ [ ] Site or general location: _________________________________________________________________ [ ] Support needed: new RAMS / review existing RAMS / client comments [ ] Required review date and proposed work date, if known: _________________________________________________________________ [ ] Client format, review process or named document requirement: _________________________________________________________________ [ ] Main information gaps or immediate questions: _________________________________________________________________ 2. INFORMATION TO GATHER FOR THE AGREED SCOPE Mark each item: available / missing / not applicable. Record the current revision where relevant. Missing information should stay visible until it is verified, rather than being filled in with assumptions. [ ] Scope, work limits and proposed sequence [ ] Drawings, specifications and relevant survey information [ ] Existing RAMS, revision history and client review comments [ ] Site rules, access arrangements and working-hour restrictions [ ] Other trades, occupants, public access and live-asset interfaces [ ] Planned people, supervision and competence requirements [ ] Plant, tools, equipment, materials and substances [ ] Relevant permits, isolations and specialist plans [ ] Emergency arrangements and task-specific rescue needs, where relevant [ ] Person responsible for confirming site information [ ] Authorised reviewer and workforce briefing arrangements 3. CHOOSE WRITING OR REVIEW Writing: you need a new pack, or the changed work needs a revised method and risk assessment developed from confirmed project information. Review: you already have RAMS and need gaps, inconsistencies or client comments checked. Agree whether the output will be findings, revised RAMS or both. 4. AGREE THE OUTPUT BEFORE WORK BEGINS [ ] Work packages and documents included [ ] Available information and questions still requiring an answer [ ] Need for a site visit or specialist assessment [ ] Required format and review arrangements [ ] Revision scope, delivery arrangements and commercial terms [ ] Responsibilities for approval, implementation and briefing Client acceptance is not guaranteed. If BT, Openreach or another client requires its own survey, assessment or acceptance process, confirm that requirement with them. Pegasus support does not replace it by default.
